Activity Flow (My Work)
- Personal daily activity view (not task-focused)
- Shows all activities across all tasks
- Sorted by priority or other criteria
- Resume card for activities in progress
- Quick action buttons (start, focus, complete)
- For: Individual contributors and task owners
- Purpose: See what needs doing today
Task Dashboard
- Deep dive into a specific task
- Charts showing activity completion progress
- Financial data (estimated vs actual income/expense)
- Time tracking analytics (estimated vs actual hours)
- Team assignments and progress
- Activity breakdown with status and progress
- For: Task owners and project managers
- Purpose: Understand one task deeply
Command Center
- Team-wide executive dashboard (main account holders only)
- Organization health at a glance
- Critical vs at-risk vs on-track tasks
- Team member workload and status
- Overdue and unassigned task alerts
- Performance metrics across all work
- For: Executives, account owners, team leads
- Purpose: See the whole organization
Understanding Key Metrics
- Completion Rate - % of activities/tasks marked complete
- Overdue - work past due date that's still not done
- In Progress - activities actively being worked on
- At Risk - tasks likely to miss deadline based on current pace
- Critical - tasks that are already overdue
- Time Estimates vs Actual - learning how accurate your estimates are
- Work Streak - consecutive days with progress
- Team Utilization - how loaded each team member is

What You See
- List of all your activities (from all tasks)
- Sorted by priority (Must Do Now → Should Do → Can Do)
- Progress indicator for each activity
- Due date and time estimate
- Quick action buttons (focus, complete, skip)
- Resume card at top (if you have activities in progress)
- Filter and search to find specific work
How to Use It
- Open at start of day to see your work
- Use resume card to pick up where you left off
- Click activity to see full details and criteria

Task Health Categories
- Critical - overdue or will be overdue very soon
